When I was 49 a number of things happened that caused me to “wake up”:  a new job; two of my kids had already left the house, the last one was still at home, but was looking to leave soon; a real attack, if you will, of my negative self-talk.

All of this and a bit more combined to cause me to really reflect on my life.

That reflection prompted some real changes in my life, and I am forever grateful that I “woke up” to the possibilities of life.  

Because I believe that this stage of life can be a woman’s best stage, or, unfortunately, possibly her most difficult, I am passionate about helping women discover their identity again! As moms, we have given so much of ourselves to our kids and our families, that often, at this point, it feels like now what?  Who am I?

Having help through this period to discover, define and create your best life is so powerful! I am grateful that I am able to offer that help and support!
